Ofcom Licence Management
All UK business radios require a fully managed licence in order to operate within the law.
At InTouch, we can help you to identify the licence you require and make the application for you, managing any technical queries and renewals - meaning you don't need to worry about whether or not you have all the legal bases covered.
Should you have any issues with interference by non-licensed users we will act on your behalf to arrange with Ofcom to investigate the issue and where necessary enforce the termination of use.
More information can be found on the Ofcom website
