Full-time Operations Assistant 

Do you have good customer service and customer relationship experience both on the telephone and face to face and enjoy working in a busy office environment?

Working and reporting to the Financial Controller & Operations Manager you will be an integral member of our operations team providing all round support to customers, Business Developer and sales teams. The role includes answering queries and providing support as necessary to all customers, administration of the company’s database, assisting with the administration of OFCOM licences and assisting as necessary with the monthly invoice run.. 

You must be PC literate and ideally have experience in managing databases.

Salary:    £20-22k  dependant on experience

Terms:     Full Time – 37.5 hours per week 
Hours:     8:30am – 5:00pm Monday – Wednesday
    8:00am – 4:30pm Thursday & Friday

Permanent position based in    Morecambe, Lancashire

You must be eligible to work unrestricted within the UK.

Business Development and Customer Relationship Manager


Salary:     Salary £35,000- £55,000 per annum depending on experience

Terms:    Permanent Full-time - 5 days per week – 37.5 hours per week 
Based in North West England but with travel nationally. 

Start:      July 2017

We are looking for a talented person with highways experience, to help build and maintain relationships with key personnel, in targeted organisations in order to sign up and manage high level customers to the InTouch SmartWater product set.
An innovative approach to drainage asset management and flood prevention, InTouch SmartWater is our solution providing a staged, managed approach to gully cleansing, drainage information gathering and management of gully cleansing.
